We reserve the right in which favor tags are given free.

•Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important. We want you to be happy with your favors. If any product does not meet your expectations, return it for a refund or an exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is in its original condition and packaging.
A Return Authorization (RA ) number is requested within 7 days of receiving order.
The product is returned within 10 days of issuance of RA number
The return is via UPS to allow for tracking.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Credit is issued for the value of the product(s) only.

We do not accept returns for personalized favors.

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.

• Damaged items
Please check all items upon delivery. If package is damaged please do not accept and return with carrier. When doing so, please make out a claims report with the carrier for the damaged goods. All claims for damaged products must be filed with My Italian Favors within 7 business days of receiving your order.We will arrange for return shipping at no extra charge. A refund or exchange will be given. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CLAIM FOR DAMAGED ITEM AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE . Please call our customer service department at 1-866-236-1695 to initiate a claim.

•  Cancellation policy for large Custom or Special Orders
Cancellation is allowed only with 24 hours from placing order.

•  Unavailability of products
If products are unavailable we will contact you. At that point you can decide to wait, change or cancel your order.

•  Sales tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders, which are shipped in Florida (6%). Orders shipped outside Florida are exempt from sales tax.

•  Privacy
Please be assured that we respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you is for ordering purposes only. We will never disclose your name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address without your prior authorization.
