•  Minimum Order Requirement
My Italian Favors has minimum order requirement of 12 pieces.

• Favor Tags
We reserve the right in which favor tags are given free.

• Damaged items
Please check all items upon delivery. If package is damaged please do not accept and return with carrier. When doing so, please make out a claims report with the carrier for the damaged goods. All claims for damaged products must be filed with My Italian Favors within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 1-866-236-1695 to initiate a claim.

•  Cancellation policy for large Custom or Special Orders
Cancellation is allowed only with 24 hours from placing order.

•  Unavailability of products
If products are unavailable we will contact you. At that point you can decide to wait, change or cancel your order. Please note, you will be refunded in full for unavailable products.

•  Sales tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders, which are shipped in our state. Orders shipped outside Florida are exempt from sales tax.

•  Privacy
Please be assured that we respect your privacy. Any information we collect from you is for ordering purposes only. We will never disclose your name, phone number, mailing address or e-mail address without your prior authorization.
