Return Policy

What is your Refund Policy?
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with the items you received, we offer the option to return them. Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-263-1695 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. No returns are accepted after 7 days. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. A tracking number must be provided.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for receiving and returning items. We do not accept partial returns; the full quantity must be returned. Refunds will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.

We DO NOT accept returns for: Confetti Flowers, Tulle with Confetti, Favor Tags, personalized items, samples, or clearance items.

What do I do if I received something damaged?
Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-236-1695 and provide details of the damaged items. Send clear photos of the damaged goods to info@myitalianfavors.com. Once we receive the photos, we will issue replacements for the damaged items.

Note: If the damaged item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item only. All replacements are sent via UPS or FedEx Ground service. My Italian Favors is not responsible if the replacement item does not arrive in time for your event.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Only one claim may be made per order. We work with a variety of materials, and natural variations in ceramics, porcelain, and glass are not considered damages.

VARIATIONS
Many of our items are handmade. Therefore, slight variations in color, design, size, shape, or weight — as well as accessories (such as stones, crystals, or pearls) — may occur. While we strive to maintain quality and consistency, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Packaging and color may vary based on production timing. My Italian Favors is not responsible for claims related to color differences or for any fees incurred in attempting to address such claims.
