1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time, typically noted on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery time varies by destination
3. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume. MyItalianFavors.com is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
MyItalianFavors.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages or Lost Packages
MyItalianFavors.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged packaging and product for your records.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
